What
shipping methods are available?
We use USPS and UPS for most packages. If you would like another service such as FedEx, please give
us a call and we will be happy to help.
USA shipping options include:

Flat Rate Shipping - about 3-9 business days. Order as much as you want for one low rate!

USPS Priority Mail - about 2-3 business days

UPS Ground - about 2-5 business
days.

UPS Next Day
Note that for expedited packages to arrive on time, you must place your order before noon EST. Orders placed after noon EST may not leave our warehouse until the next business day.
International shipping options include:

Standard Flat Rate Shipping - usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive. Occasionally, customs can delay a package for 8 weeks or more. This is a rare occurrence. This method does not provide tracking service.

Priority Flat - usually takes about 4-8 days to arrive to
most locations, however Customs can delay a package for 8 weeks or
more. This is a rare occurrence. This method does not provide tracking service.

USPS
International Express - usually takes about a week to arrive,
however Customs can cause an additional delay. Delays do not happen
often with Express Mail, and Express mail does
include tracking. If you want to track your package, you must
choose USPS International Express.
PO
Box & Military APO/FPO Shipping
We
gladly ship via USPS to PO Boxes and all military addresses. Please
note that Military Mail can take several weeks to arrive.
International
Shipping Information
Orders that are shipped to countries
outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties
and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees").
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such
Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the
recipient - we are not responsible for any Import Fees.
Note: We are not responsible for the delays caused by
customs. We ask that you be patient while awaiting your package.
Tracking service is ONLY
provided if you select USPS International Express during
checkout. Other services do NOT provide
tracking.
If you are ordering heavy items such as
glassware, mirrors, clocks, etc., there may be additional shipping
charges required. You will be contacted if this is the case.
Tracking
Your Package
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number, depending on the shipping method you chose. You can track this at the USPS website or the UPS website.
Note that international packages do not have tracking unless shipped Express.
Can
my shipping address be different than my billing address?
Yes,
we can ship to an address other than your billing address, however
the billing address provided must match what your bank has on file.
We
will contact you if there are any problems with your shipping and
billing address.
How much does shipping cost?
We have competitve shipping rates using USPS and UPS. We offer low flat-rate shipping for international destinations.
- USA (except AK/HI): Starts at $5.99. You can calculate your shipping in your cart at any time.
- AK/HI/PR and Canada: $9.99 for orders up to $100, and only $6 more after that
- All other countries: $12.99 for orders up to $100, and only $10 more after that
Shipping is on a per-item basis, however small items such as lanyards cost a
little less and heavier items such as mirrors, glasses, clocks, rugs,
etc. will cost a bit more.

is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Most
packages do not need signatures and may be left at your home
unattended. Please make sure you are shipping your order to a secure
location. We cannot accommodate specific delivery instructions (e.g.
'Leave package at the back door') - you must arrange this yourself
with your delivery person.
