Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates vary slightly, depending on the items ordered. Heavier items such as clocks, neon signs and light boxes cost a few extra dollars to ship. By the same token, lighter items such as lanyards and patches cost a dollar less to ship.
We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS). However, you can request to use any other courier including UPS, Fedex and DHL. Just contact us and we will be happy to arrange this. Heavier packages will be sent out using UPS.
International shipments ship via USPS as well. It usually takes 6-10 business days with USPS Airmail. This service does not provide a tracking number. USPS Express takes 3-5 business days and does provide a tracking number. We like to help out our international customers and will put “gift” on the customs form as well as a dollar value under $40 for all orders. Please note that some of our heavier items might require additional postage - we will always contact you about any additional charge and get your authorization first.
