internationally?
Yes, we ship

How quickly is my
order shipped and when can I expect to receive it?
If you place your
order by 2pm ET, it will be shipped out the same day. On the rare
occasion, if the item ordered is not in stock, it will be shipped
when it comes back in stock. You will be notified immediately of any
delays. We ship out of NY state so the shipping time depends on the
shipping method selected and the shipping address. With regular
ground shipping, it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. If you
select the 2-3 day shipping option, your order will arrive within 2-3
business days. Overnight orders arrive the very next day, as long as
they are submitted before 2pm. Orders submitted after 2pm on Friday,
will go out first thing Monday morning. Please contact us if you need
to verify when the order will arrive.
Do you have
mailing catalogs?
At the moment we do
not offer paper catalogs. We add products to the site every few days,
so a paper catalog would not be able to show our newest merchandise.
All of our products available are always easily accessible via our
website. To receive special offers and updates, please sign up for
our newsletter.
What payment
methods do you accept, and do you take checks / money orders?
We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also offer
the ability to use Paypal as a payment method. We do accept checks
and money orders, but please contact us so
we can process the order and give you instructions.
How do I track my
order?
When the order ships
out, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number
of your package.
Do you sell your
products wholesale?
Almost every item on
our site is available at wholesale pricing. We will need to know the
item number(s) and the quantity you wish to purchase of the item(s).
We will give you a quote based on the quantity of items ordered.
